When a democratic government
Signs away the sovereign rights
Of the country it governs
To an unelected foreign body
Without a mandate from the people,
Is it Treason?
When a democratic government
Intentionally destroys the economy
Of the country it governs with
Red tape and draconian regulations
Put forth by an unscientific unelected
Foreign body without a mandate from the people,
Is it Treason?
When a democratic government
Relinquishes the basic human rights of the citizens,
Free speech, movement and travel, body autonomy,
Association, freedom to worship, with a template
Drawn up by an unelected foreign body,
Is it Treason?
When a democratic government
Defers and pays homage to an unelected foreign body
Disregarding the Constitution and the Charter Of Rights And Freedoms
Of the country it was elected to govern,
Is It Treason?

Hunters In The Harvest Moon
Hold on tight
To your faith and dreams
The hunters are scheming
In this harvest moon,
Neocons and psychopaths
Tracking beliefs and freedom,
Church, country, liberty in their sights,
Governments supporting Nazis and genocide,
Big bad John looking for oil
Bombing speed boats as a cover,
The UK jailing folks for truth notes,
Hold on tight to your faith and dreams
The earth is rumbling the sun ejecting
Foreboding changes few are expecting.
