Sri Lanka seems so far away
But it’s exploding in many hearts
Western leaders tease and play
Smug hobnobbing reset tarts,
Argentina so far down south
But it’s echoing in many minds
People living hand to mouth
Unlocking chains that bind,
Holland like the truckers did
Farm tractors command the road
Leaders think they’re well hid
Protected reset toads,
Sri Lanka seems so far away
But now it’s right next door
Journalists who hide the day
Will soon be walking floors.
