Every adventurous child
Who took on a secret Christmas Eve
Santa Clause mission
Came to realize manipulation
And deception was all around,
Was it that your friends didn’t believe you
Or was it because they didn’t want to
Jeopardize extra Christmas gifts and loot,
The phenomenon dragged on through
The teen years and into adulthood
Where those secret missions
Were labelled conspiracy,
From the Bay Of Pigs
And its ramifications to
Russia, Russia, Russia,
For those who created and those
Who swallowed the bullshit,
The gifts and bags of loot
Got bigger and bigger and bigger.
