Connection,
Whatever happens
It’s our fifty-second Anniversary,
It’s Terry’s birthday,
Terry and Sandra are getting married,
And it will be the Fourth Annual

Special people brought over
A surprise bag and in it was
A Chocolate Seal Point - Seal
Point Lynx/Savannah cross -
Eight-week-old male kitten,
What do you think
What will you call it
The special people asked,
“Get Lost”, my wife said,
She wasn’t fond of cats,
The name Loki was chosen
And life with a cat in a
Surprise bag began,
Two months in and my wife
Loves Loki,
Conversations in an unknown
Mystic language with Loki
Make more sense than the EU
And western leaders banter,
Truth is, Loki is the best surprise
Gift we have ever received,
