Blueberries
As a kid I would lie
On the upper creek bank
Under a canopy of willows and pine,
Listening to the music of the wind
Through the trees, creek water over
The stones, birds adding harmony,
Nibbling a handful of mixed wild berries,
Staining my palm, my dog trusting only
The blueberries,
I wonder if he knew that years later I
Would experience assholes destroying perfection.

In other words - Bail-Ins for incompetent
Governments, bureaucrats, corporate leaders,
In Canada - no go zones for non-indigenous,
Federal racism – who would have thought,
Bleeding hearts around the world buying into
Pimpish propaganda – turning twisted eyes away from
