A new take
On an old man
Shaking his fist at the clouds,
Young woke stallions
Firing how many missiles
Including misses at how many
Dollars a pop,
To get floating balloons to stop,
We’re a funny bunch,
With crunch time coming
Will we help one another
Or grab more trinkets
So at the end we can say,
Look Ma, no intelligence,
But I won.

Prancing with impunity
Governments and officials
Hiding, ignoring the ramifications
Of their actions from covid, their AZOV

Some thinking that looking the other way
Camouflages them like pissants
