Don’t Do It Fools
At the end of April
Twenty-twenty four,
World leaders’ logic
Resembled weeds growing
Upside down,
Axioms, formulas,
Common sense itself
Appeared scrambled and jumbled,
Students protesting the slaughter
Of the oppressed were labeled
Supporters of evil, violently
Arrested, beaten, kicked
Out of school,
The oppressors were cheered on,
Supported, coddled as if they
Were the oppressed,
End Of Timers whispered,
The slaughter was necessary
To enable the second coming,
Too many people carried on
As if nothing was happening,
Hypnotized by TV shows and
Legacy media,
The calls of the doves in the back yard
Seemed to be saying,
Don’t do it fools,
Don’t do it fools,
Don’t do it.

Prancing with impunity
Governments and officials
Hiding, ignoring the ramifications
Of their actions from covid, their AZOV
Proxies, genocides and the Middle East disasters,
Some thinking that looking the other way
Camouflages them like pissants
In the asters.
