Allies on Thursday
To defenders of Democracy on Friday,
What in the hell does this say
About democracy, about our governments,
Ukraine, The Middle East, Taiwan,
Pakistan, Georgia, Romania, Korea,
Syria,
Corrupt gangsters in action
Smirking at press conferences,
Believing everyone is stupid,
Chuckling in the back rooms
High fiving assholes
Thinking they’ve pulled another
One over our eyes,
Like Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq,
Libya and everywhere else where
These dudes of the devil
Rub their slimy hands.
