The same age or older than
The so-called leaders,
When one has had time
To shed naive arrogance,
One has empathy for real
Caring people caught up
In the leadership cult,
But little sympathy and
No blind allegiance to the
Clinton-Obama beating
Around the Bush type,
The senile Biden-Trump parade,
The pathetically juvenile EU - G7 gang,
The chess and Chinese checker playing ones,
All edging the world towards
A deadly dumpster fire.
